Repairs & Replacements

✓If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge.

✓If a replacement is necessary, it will be of equal or similar quality to the original product.

↗The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the electric wheelchair is sold or given to another person.

$In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the company will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

📄You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, a copy of the invoice or receipt.

🚚The Company will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part or product, and will cover the cost of shipping.

📖The customer must follow the instructions in the owner's manual in order to keep the warranty valid.

safe — proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Claims without valid
proof of purchase may not be honored.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the electric lift chair.
