"Nice little scooter. I use the basket all the time. Works great going up a 10ft ramp 3 steps tall. It's not sluggish at all. Battery stays charged for a long time. I use my indoors and outside. The seat is not too bad for about an hour, but it could use some more cushion/comfort to it. Also, why I try to get the scooter up onto the car carrier, the anti-tip wheels will catch on the ground going up which prevents the scooter from going up onto the ramp. I put 2 boards down length wise and the scooter went up fine. I think it was the angle on the ramp which caused the hangup. Due to a leg injury and being in a brace for 12 wks, we're going to have to come up with a solution for the hang up, either add about 6 inches onto the length of the ramp or remove the anti-tip wheels."
