"We were a little disappointed that the screw nuts were inside the black caps and we could not get them out to work with it. The video for instructions of assembly is very vague. It's not very easy to put it together without any audio message to explain how to assemble it together. We were also wondering why there were only two wheels that had brakes and not all four since the 3" had all four brakes."
