Not very comfortable for long periods of time but good for day to day out of bed up to chair use. I was skeptical of the seatbelt straps but they’re holding up nicely for my 200+ lb elder. Never used the potty feature but it’s good to have the option. Best transfer tool yet. Edit: 2 years later and it’s still the best lift to navigate small spaces."

"At the beginning I was going to return it because of the shipping charges so high, then I decided to give it a try, I put my husband in the chair it was so easy! took him to the car he was so happy I was in tears of happiness the whole process was very easy. My husband is 6.3” tall and can’t stand or walk, he had around 6 strokes and convulsions. To make this story short at that moment I decided to paid the expensive shipping and keep the chair, for me the most important was the well being of him.
