"Our lift has allowed my husband to live at home, instead of a nursing home. We love it. Two suggestions: Mark this side down more clearly. We have aides and on occasion a new one puts the sling on upside down and it needs to be repaired. Two: we have called customer service and left a message. We received no call back."

"The seat works very well. I do have a suggestion. We had one seat tear when an aide put it on wrong side up, despite the tags. Because not all aides are equal, I recommend something larger, like a big red X on the bottom. We plan to get a red permanent marker, and mark it ourselves. We love the Achairgo! It allows my husband, who has MS, to live at home with me, instead of a nursing facility."
"I don't like them near as much as the original sling that came with the lift. Harder to adjust the straps although I did like the red markings. The hole is circular instead of oval shaped. Also don't like the fact that it can't be used on either side."
