The Perfect Balance of Safety, Head Control, and Simplicity for Daily Transfers
Watch how effortless, dignified, and secure head-supported transfers become.
Safety is everything. The structured head support cradles the neck gently to prevent sudden shifts or hyperextension during transfers. The padded polyester fabric eliminates pinch points, distributing body weight evenly for a secure, reassuring seated posture.
Engineered for caregiver ergonomics. The divided-leg U-shape allows positioning under the patient from a seated or supine position without exhaustive patient rolling. Four reinforced guide handles offer precise maneuvering control, significantly reducing back strain.
Key considerations from healthcare professionals for daily transfer efficiency.
Non-negotiable support: If the patient’s head tends to fall backward or if they suffer from weak neck muscles, the integrated head support on this model is a crucial safety safeguard.
Seated transfers: Ideal for bed-to-wheelchair, chair-to-recliner, and general transfers. The divided legs make application in tight seating situations much faster.
Dry transfer focus: Made of plush, padded solid polyester for maximum transfer comfort. For dedicated shower and bathing routines, choose our Mesh Commode model.

Padded Universal Patient Lift Sling
Everything you need to know about safety, sizing, and daily maintenance.
Can the patient be left in this sling for an extended period?
For maximum safety and pressure relief, we do not recommend leaving a patient in any sling for long durations. This lifting aid is optimized for safe, active transfers, after which the user should be comfortably positioned in their chair or bed.
How do I properly clean this padded sling?
It is fully machine washable on a warm, gentle cycle using a laundry mesh bag to prevent loop snagging. Air drying is strongly recommended to protect internal cushioning and prolong fabric life. Do not use bleach.
What if I'm unsure about the right sling size for my patient?
Choosing the correct size is crucial. Please review our sizing guide image carefully. If you are uncertain between sizes, our customer care specialists are happy to assist. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused slings.
Why choose a Divided Leg U-Sling over a full body sling?
Divided-leg slings are much faster to position under a seated individual without requiring extensive lateral rolling. The split leg bands also allow for easier clothing adjustments while maintaining maximum hip stability.
How do I verify the sizing for this model?
For this model, the back width is 37 inches and the overall height is 35.23 inches. We strongly recommend measuring from the patient’s coccyx to the top of their head to ensure adequate cervical support.
Does this sling provide adequate head support?
Yes. The extended 35.23-inch back panel features structured padding designed specifically to cradle the neck and head, making it ideal for patients with weak cervical muscle tone.

"So far it works as it should. Easy to use, a big help"
"Held my husband comfortably he was 6'4". Machine washable. It was good idea to have two seats so you never are without the use of one."
"Glad I got it was very useful and if I could or ever need one I will get one a gain I will"
"Love this perfect for showers if you have to use a lift for home care"
"The material on this full-body sling is exceptionally strong and feels like it can easily handle the 400-pound weight capacity without any signs of strain or fraying. The large opening is a thoughtfully designed feature that makes toileting and showering transfers much more efficient and dignified for the user. Having two-color-coded handles is a huge help for positioning, as it allows for quick and accurate adjustments during a lift to ensure the patient is balanced and comfortable. At 47.5 by 30 inches, the coverage is generous, providing plenty of support for the back and thighs without feeling restrictive. The fabric is water-friendly, which means it dries out quickly after a shower and doesn't become heavy or cumbersome when wet. It attaches to most lifts securely, and the stitching around the loop points is reinforced to handle frequent daily transfers. The blue color is vibrant and makes it easy to identify among other medical equipment. This is a well-constructed tool that simplifies the process of moving someone between a bed, wheelchair, or commode."
"I got this sling to help with transferring a family member between the bed, wheelchair, and shower, and it's made a noticeable difference in how smooth and safe the process feels. The first thing I noticed is how sturdy the material is. It feels thick and well-constructed, especially around the stitching and lift points, which is important when you're dealing with full body weight. Once it's attached to the lift, everything feels secure and stable. The size provides good coverage and support without feeling too bulky. It supports the back and legs well, and the overall design helps keep the person positioned comfortably during transfers. The opening is also very practical'it makes certain tasks much easier without needing to reposition everything. I also really like the color-coded handles. It's a small detail, but it helps a lot when you're trying to adjust positioning quickly and safely. Another plus is how easy it is to clean. The material doesn't absorb much and dries relatively fast, which is helpful for daily use and situations involving water. Overall, this feels like a reliable, well-made product that does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's made caregiving tasks more manageable and a bit less stressful, which is huge."
"Considering I had just picked up a lift assistance device not too long ago, this seemed like the perfect addition to it. All the things that make it great for helping the disabled also has the knock on effect of making it great for the dungeon."
"This lift came just as described. The materials are thick and sturdy, sewed together tightly and strongly. I have no worries about it's durability. Even with the durable materials, it is comfortable to be on, the fabric isn't scratchy or anything. Even if you're not going to be sitting in this long or have much bare skin exposed to it, it's nice to know that it wouldn't be uncomfortable when touched. It's size is perfect for an average adult and the straps make it easy to manipulate."
"I have used a lot of these in the past when I was doing Home Healthcare, so I can tell when one is made well....and this one IS! It is thick, perfectly sewn and does a great job with lifting your patient. I have only used it on a Hoyer lift not a ceiling lift, etc. I love that the color is neutral and not too bright since you will more than likely have this in your home. Elderly people tend to hate bright colors, too, so this would work well for them. I am very happy with the great quality and would highly recommend this one."
"Well made and sturdy! Each connecting strap has 4 lengths that are color coded. This offers easy adjustment, and also makes it simple to get each side the exact same height you want by matching colors. The sling itself is pretty comfortable, easy to sit in. With a 500lb weight limit, this is very strong and will work for most."
